The quantity of roving or high count cotton fibre purchased by a Khadi Society (Registered under Cooperative Societies Act, Official Trustees Act, Societies Act, Partnership Firm/Company’s Act etc.) from WBKVIB will be supplied at a 10% concessional rate on the purchase price.

• Administrative Cost: WBKVIB will receive an additional 5% administrative cost from the State Government to cover transportation, storing, and handling charges on the procurement of roving or high count cotton fibre.
• The total concession amount provided to Khadi Societies (10% discount + 5% administrative cost) will be reimbursed by the State Government to WBKVIB.
• This ensures that the societies benefit from subsidized rates without impacting the operational efficiency of WBKVIB.
