Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a transparent and customer-friendly order and refund process. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellation and refund of orders placed through our portal.

  1. Order Placement
    1. Orders may only be placed after checking the availability of the required yarn on the portal.
    2. Customers may choose to place an order by paying either:
      1. 10% of the total order value (Advance Booking)
      2. 100% of the total order value (Full Payment) at the time of placing the order
  2. Balance Payment in Case of Advance Booking
    1. If the order is placed with 10% advance payment, the balance 90% amount must be paid within 7 (seven) days from the date of order placement.
    2. The balance amount can be paid either:
      1. Online
      2. Offline by cash at the respective Yarn Depot of Tantuja at the time of receiving the yarn
    3. If the balance amount is not made within 7 days, the order shall be automatically cancelled and the 10% advance amount shall be forfeited.
  3. Order Cancellation by Customer
    1. Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing it.
    2. If the cancellation request is received within 24 hours:
      1. A refund will be processed and credited to the source account within 7 working days.
    3. If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, 10% of the total order value shall be forfeited and no refund shall be issued.
    4. No cancellation requests will be entertained once the order has been processed for dispatch.
  4. Refund Process
    1. Refunds (if applicable) will be credited only to the same account from which the payment was initiated.
    2. If the refund is not received within 7 working days, customers must notify Tantuja via email within 7 days after the expected refund date.
    3. Failure to report will result in Tantuja not being held liable for the refund.
  5. Taxes
    1. All transactions are subject to GST as per applicable government rules and regulations.
